Refund and Returns Policy

RETURNS POLICY

Please do not return your order without emailing us. Please quote your order number and reason for your return.  Returns can only be accepted up to 21 days after customers receipt of goods. Please click here to email us.

ORDER CANCELLATION

Orders can only be cancelled within 12 hours of ordering. In any of our fulfilment facilities, we will do the best we can to get your order stopped. (Please also see our refund policy) As this happens so quickly after your order, we will try to cancel your order after the 12 hour if your cancellation request arrives after 12 hours but this cannot be guaranteed.

REFUNDS & RETURNS

 We do not provide a refund or replacement if you change your mind. But you can choose a refund or exchange if an item has a major problem. This is when the item:

  1. has a problem that would have stopped someone from buying the item if they had known about it
  2. is unsafe
  3. is significantly different from the sample image or description
  4. doesn’t do what we said it would, or what you asked for and can’t be easily fixed
  5. If the document has a manufacturing or printing fault
  6. It is not the item that was ordered

     If the problem is not major, we will repair the item within a reasonable time frame. If it is not repaired in a reasonable time frame you can choose a refund or replacement and if the refund is to credit card, item of equal value, or a store gift card.

     Please keep your proof of purchase – e.g. a copy of your packing slip from this store. Please send this with your returned item if requested.

    STEPS TO MAKE A RETURN

    1. Email us with purchase details and why you would like to return the item, including detailed photographs of any fault or manufacturing error. The date and time of this email will inform us of any timing issues.
    2. We will respond with email instructions on any article returns necessary within 3-5 working days.
    3. We will endeavour to have a replacement product or replacement voucher to you within 5-21 working days. (Subject to any postage timing / vouchers will be emailed)

    DAMAGED & MISLABLED ITEMS

    ​At Art by Bodge, we pride ourselves on unparalleled product quality. That’s why all our orders go through a 3-step quality check before we ship them out. However, if a damaged or mislabelled item was accidentally let through our quality control, or was damaged during shipment, we take full responsibility and provide a free replacement including shipping.

    ​If your product arrived damaged, please email a detailed description of the problem attaching good quality photos within 72 hours of receipt of your order. Please note there can be no returns if you do not let us know within 72 hours of the receipt of goods..

    ​Once we receive your email and photos, our customer service team will get in touch with you to confirm receipt. Our team will investigate the issue and get back to you no later than 4 weeks post receipt of your email.

    ​We will be happy to assist you and reship the product for you.

    BUYER’S REMORSE

    Art by Bodge only offers refunds for damaged or mislabelled products, not for buyer’s remorse or change of mind or incorrect size purchases. 

    ​SIZE EXCHANGES

    Wrongly ordered sizes won’t be eligible for refunds or returns from Art by Bodge. As we make everything on demand, requesting a size exchange would mean producing an entirely new product.
